Due to the high volume of requests received at Perform TV every day, we have created a simple process that will help
in accommodating your needs. Please be aware that ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SENT THROUGH THE OFFICE OF PERFORM TV. A CLIENT SHALL NEVER BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY TO HELP EXPEDITE THE PROCESS.
Interview Request
All interview requests with a client of Perform TV must be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to us. E-Mail is the preferred method and will speed up the process
on both ends. The document should clearly state the media outlet (Television show, Radio Station, Magazine, etc.) and name of affiliation. The document also must state what the request is pertaining to. We will need
to know your time frame for the interview, when the interview will run (Air Date, Periodical Date, Month of the Magazine, etc.) and what angle you wish to pursue in the interview. We require at least a week's notice for all requests.
If the interview is to be on camera or will run in conjunction with a photo shoot, travel arrangements, hair, and make-up will be discussed up front. In addition, we reserve the right to remove any photo we feel is not a proper representation
of our client. We work regularly with several professional fashion stylists, hair stylists and make-up artists and encourage collaboration with them in dealings with our clients. Consistency and comfort play major roles in our relationship with the talent.
How to contact us:
Email: tvfilmsetc@yahoo.com
Photos and Bios Request
If you are requesting a photo or bio of one of our clients, we will need to know your media outlet affiliation and what the photo/bio will be used for.
Appearance Request
If you are requesting an appearance by one of our clients, we will need to know the reason for the appearance, if media will be present, and whether there will be television coverage. Travel
arrangements along with hair and make-up will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. In addition, if the appearance is to entail a task by the client, such as a speech or as a presenter, we reserve the right to make proper adjustments to the copy
for our client.
Please note that we provide advice for the clients we represent, however, ultimately the decision is that of the client.
